Ex-Penn State VP Appeals Ruling On School Atty Privilege

Law360, Philadelphia (April 19, 2013, 6:44 PM EDT) -- A former administrator with Pennsylvania State University accused of helping cover up sexual abuse by former coach Jerry Sandusky said Friday he was appealing a state judge’s order refusing to quash part of a grand jury presentment against him based on claims that a lawyer for the school violated his attorney-client privilege.
