Pa. Refinery To Add Pollution Controls To End Emissions Row

Law360, Philadelphia (April 22, 2013, 6:30 PM EDT) -- The owner of two Philadelphia-area refineries agreed Monday to install additional pollution control technology to settle a case by the Clean Air Council challenging a Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection determination which treated the two facilities as a single source of emissions.
