Farmer Strikes Out In Monsanto Seed Replanting Suit

Law360, New York (January 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday refused the appeal of a Mississippi farmer found to have infringed Monsanto Co.'s patents by replanting the agrichemical giant's soybean seeds – leaving intact the damages levied against him and capping the suit's long stint in court.
