High Court Sidesteps Fight Over Wetland Mitigation Credits

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 3:16 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday rejected a Texas ranch’s bid to recoup up to $70 million over the federal government's refusal to allow it to sell wetland mitigation credits and the state's subsequent designation of land surrounding the ranch as a protected water source.
