AT&T Avoids Supreme Court Review Of U-Verse Class Action

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 4:59 PM EDT) -- AT&T Inc.’s successful dismissal of a proposed class action accusing it of fraud in connection with its allegedly defective U-verse phone, Internet and television service will stand after the U.S. Supreme Court on Monday declined to hear the case.
