Rosemont Plunks Down $172M For Denver WTC

Law360, New York (April 22, 2013, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Real estate investor and manager Rosemont Realty LLC has purchased the two-building Denver World Trade Center for $172 million, a person with knowledge of the matter told Law360 on Monday.

Rosemont, which has a commercial office portfolio valued at more than $1.8 billion, purchased the 770,200 square feet of office space in downtown Denver from I & G Denver WTC LLC, an affiliate of Jones Lang LaSalle investment branch LaSalle Investment Management Inc.
