Texas AG Can't Dodge Atty's Wrongful Firing Suit

Law360, Dallas (April 22, 2013, 8:24 PM EDT) -- A state court judge on Wednesday said the Texas attorney general’s office can’t claim governmental immunity in a whistleblower suit brought by one of its former child support division attorneys, who claims she was fired after refusing to sign a false affidavit against a family court judge.
