Law360, Dallas (April 25, 2013, 1:25 PM EDT) -- A Texas state judge on Thursday rejected arguments that an arbitrator wrongly excluded evidence that showed Jenner & Block LLP attorneys failed to fully investigate patent infringement claims for former client Parallel Networks LLC, upholding the firm’s $4.4 million arbitration award.
