Texas Court Pares Suit Over Bogus Fracking Pollution Claims

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 10:22 PM EDT) -- A Texas appeals court on Tuesday tossed most of Range Resources Corp.'s claims over a homeowner's accusations that its fracking activities near his property contaminated his drinking supply, but allowed the company to proceed with its defamation claim against him.
