Kaye Scholer, US Trustee Eke Out $1.5M GSC Settlement

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 2:29 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Trustee's Office on Monday went through with its $1.5 million settlement resolving Kaye Scholer LLP's alleged ethics violations in GSC Group Inc.'s bankruptcy after finagling its way around a judge's probable rejection of the deal.
