NorthMarq Beats Negligence Claims In Real Estate Finance Suit

Law360, Philadelphia (April 23, 2013, 3:26 PM EDT) -- A NorthMarq Capital LLC broker who was sued over a failed bid to refinance a suburban Philadelphia apartment complex’s $27 million mortgage owed no duty of care to the property’s owners under state real estate laws, a Pennsylvania federal judge ruled Monday.
