DOJ Has Provided Enough Info In $168M Merger Row: Judge

Law360, New York (April 23, 2013, 5:18 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Department of Justice has done enough so far to respond to Bazaarvoice Inc.'s discovery requests in an antitrust suit over the company's $168.2 million purchase of a rival online product ratings platform business, a California federal judge ruled Monday.

U.S. Magistrate Judge Laurel Beeler denied Bazaarvoice's request that the DOJ supplement responses to three interrogatory questions concerning the alleged harm to competition of the company's June 2012 acquisition of PowerReviews Inc.
