Pinnacle Sues ALPA, Alleging Bad-Faith Negotiation

Law360, New York (January 8, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Pinnacle Airlines Inc. has sued the union that represents its pilots, alleging that the union engaged in bad-faith bargaining in contract talks with Pinnacle that began in 2005.

Pinnacle is seeking an injunction forcing the Air Line Pilots Association of America to stop committing alleged bad-faith negotiations, the company announced on Tuesday.
