Rite Aid Worker's $8M Firing Award Nixed By Calif. Court

Law360, Los Angeles (April 24, 2013, 3:27 PM EDT) -- A California appeals court on Tuesday threw out an $8.2 million jury award to a former Rite Aid Corp. pharmacy technician who alleged she was fired for complaining about sexual harassment but affirmed the jury's findings of liability on two of her three claims.
