Lead Attys Named In Blue Cross Antitrust MDL

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 2:38 PM EDT) -- An Alabama federal judge on Tuesday appointed attorneys to represent health care providers and plan subscribers in a multidistrict antitrust litigation accusing Blue Cross Blue Shield Association and its member plans of restraining competition by divvying up geographic markets.
