Texas House Panel Backs $2B In New Water Projects

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 3:24 PM EDT) -- A Texas House of Representatives committee on Tuesday passed a budget bill that would funnel $2 billion into a number of water-supply infrastructure projects currently in the works to help deal with the state's drought issues.
