Lehman Wins Greenlight For Settlement With Swiss Unit

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 6:45 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Wednesday approved a settlement that resolved a sprawling four-year tussle between Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and its former Swiss subsidiary, closing the chapter on one of the biggest claims disputes that has beset the erstwhile investment banking giant since it slid into bankruptcy.
