CMS Proposes $10M Incentive For Medicare Fraud Tips

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 4:24 PM EDT) -- The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services on Wednesday issued a proposed rule upping the maximum reward for Medicare fraud tips from $1,000 to nearly $10 million, a move the agency said was aimed at increasing the number of tips it receives.
