Humira Caused Serious Fungal Infection, Jury Hears

Law360, Chicago (April 24, 2013, 6:18 PM EDT) -- An attorney for a man alleging his wife suffered a life-threatening fungal infection as a result of taking Abbott Laboratories and Abbvie Inc.'s blockbuster arthritis drug Humira told a Chicago jury Wednesday that Abbott failed to adequately warn about the drug's risks even after receiving reports of patient deaths.
