Law360, Philadelphia (April 24, 2013, 4:51 PM EDT) -- The administrative aide to a Pennsylvania state representative Wednesday pled guilty to funneling tens of thousands of state funds earmarked for community organizations to friends and associates, in a scheme that also prompted the indictment of a Traffic Court judge.
