Baxter Units Face IP Suit Over Actifuse Bone Graft Product

Law360, New York (April 24, 2013, 8:54 PM EDT) -- Two Baxter International Inc. units were hit with a lawsuit Wednesday by Millenium Biologix LLC that accused the Deerfield, Ill.-based medical device giant’s units of infringing its patents by selling the bone void filler product Actifuse bone graft substitute.
