Fiat Wrangles With UAW Trust Over Price Of Chrysler Stake

Law360, Wilmington (April 25, 2013, 10:00 PM EDT) -- Having used the same formula to arrive at prices more than $200 million apart, Fiat SpA and a United Auto Workers trust both looked to a Delaware Chancery judge Thursday to pick a the winner in their fight over the cost of a 3.3 percent stake in Chrysler Group LLC.
