Class Action Says Ipex Sold Faulty Tubing

Law360, New York (January 9, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A proposed class action has been filed against Canada-based thermoplastic piping designer Ipex Inc. for allegedly selling faulty tubing for use in hydronic heating systems.

The suit was originally filed on Nov. 16 in King County Superior Court in Seattle, but Ipex has since looked to move the case to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington.
