Law360, New York (April 25, 2013, 7:42 PM EDT) -- A New York federal judge on Friday slashed most of IBM’s roughly $107 million damages claim against securities brokerage firm BGC Partners Inc. in a copyright infringement dispute sparked by their clashing interpretations of a licensing contract.
