10th Circ. Won't Review Family Dollar OT Class Cert.

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 6:47 PM EDT) -- Despite admonishing a Colorado federal court for its “sparse” class certification ruling, the Tenth Circuit on Thursday refused Family Dollar Stores Inc.'s bid for a quick appeal of the decision to certify a class of store managers who claim they were misclassified as overtime-exempt.
