Law360, Philadelphia (April 26, 2013, 2:43 PM EDT) -- The same day he announced he was running for Philadelphia's mayoral office in 2015, former candidate Tom Knox sued a high-profile Philadelphia restaurant and its chef in state court Thursday, contending he was denied a contractually guaranteed 50 percent discount on all meal purchases.
