Transocean Must Turn Over Deepwater Docs To Chem Board

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 5:46 PM EDT) -- A Texas federal judge has given Transocean Ltd. 30 days to turn over documents and other information related to the 2010 Deepwater Horizon oil spill to the U.S. Chemical Safety Board, which is investigating toxic chemical releases from the Transocean-owned rig.
