Greenberg Fends Off DQ Bid In Drug-Discount Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (April 26, 2013, 4:11 PM EDT) -- A Nevada federal judge on Thursday refused to disqualify Greenberg Traurig LLP from representing nonprofit drug distributor Apexus Inc. in an antitrust suit claiming it abused a federal drug-discount program, saying attorneys who'd had contact with the plaintiffs were appropriately screened from the suit.

Plaintiff The Vaccine Center and Travel Medicine Clinic had consulted with Greenberg attorney Edward Chansky about possible representation prior to launching the action, U.S. District Court Judge Nancy J.
