Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 3:29 PM EDT) -- The National Labor Relations Board took a baffling “interpretive leap” when it found that a statement made about union negotiations by an Arizona acute care hospital's president during an organization campaign conveyed an implicit threat and violated labor law, the D.C. Circuit said Friday.
