2nd Circ. Revives Credit Agricole Cheuvreux Sex Bias Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (April 26, 2013, 4:15 PM EDT) -- The Second Circuit on Friday revived claims of gender discrimination and retaliation against equity broker Credit Agricole Cheuvreux North America Inc., finding the claims triable under the New York City Human Rights Law.
