Fla. House Passes Bill To Expedite Foreclosures

Law360, Miami (April 29, 2013, 8:12 PM EDT) -- The Florida House of Representatives passed a controversial bill Monday to streamline the state's foreclosure process in the hopes of easing a worst-in-the nation backlog of cases and despite remaining concerns over whether it will actually help borrowers.
