Ford Backs $4.5M Seat Belt Verdict Reversal In High Court

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 6:24 PM EDT) -- Ford Motor Co. told the U.S. Supreme Court on Friday that it shouldn't take on an appeal of a Tenth Circuit ruling that overturned a $4.5 million seat belt malfunction verdict against the carmaker after excluding the testimony of the plaintiff's main witness.
