Akerman, CWCapital Swiped Atty Fees From Loan, Suit Says

Law360, New York (April 29, 2013, 4:51 PM EDT) -- A real estate partnership launched suit in Florida state court Thursday alleging a unit of commercial real estate financing firm CWCapital LLC and its law firm, Akerman Senterfitt & Eidson PA, skimmed more than $231,000 in attorneys' fees from a $46 million loan that CW agreed to restructure.
