NJ High Court Eyes Insurers' Liability In Coverage Deals

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 8:24 PM EDT) -- The New Jersey Supreme Court on Tuesday heard oral arguments in its consideration of whether an insurance company that settles a coverage dispute with its policyholder remains liable for contributing to defense costs that another insurer for the same policyholder incurred before the settlement.
