Partner Fights Philly Firm's Arbitration Bid In Caseload Spat

Law360, Philadelphia (April 30, 2013, 3:18 PM EDT) -- A former name partner of the Philadelphia workers' compensation firm now known as Martin LLC on Monday told a Pennsylvania state court judge that his claims alleging that he had been shut him out of the firm's operations are not subject to arbitration.
