Monster Sues San Francisco Atty Over Energy Drink Crusade

Law360, New York (April 30, 2013, 7:38 PM EDT) -- Monster Beverage Corp. sued the top attorney for the city of San Francisco on Tuesday in California federal court, claiming his threats to force the company to change its energy drink marketing are unconstitutional and preempted by federal law.
