Law360, Dallas (May 7, 2013, 6:03 PM EDT) -- As litigation funds expand in the U.S., they could prove to be an important financing source for high-dollar trademark cases, adding to the roster of alternative fee arrangements in-house counsel have come to expect firms to offer, experts said Tuesday.
