Ex-Cushman Receptionist Claims Pregnancy Discrimination

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 7:29 PM EDT) -- A former Cushman & Wakefield Inc. receptionist sued the real estate firm for pregnancy discrimination in New York federal court on Tuesday, alleging she was terminated because she complained about her supervisors' harassing treatment.

Tonica Emmanuel claims she was subjected to retaliation and increased monitoring by Cushman employees after revealing her pregnancy in October 2011.
