Wireless Patent Holder Asks Supreme Court To Revive Suit

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 7:22 PM EDT) -- A patent-holding company urged the U.S. Supreme Court last week to revive its infringement claims against dozens of foreign cellphone service providers, arguing that the Federal Circuit had deprived the company of its due process rights.

In October, the Federal Circuit affirmed a trial judge's ruling that AT&T Mobility LLC and other domestic carriers hadn't infringed Technology Patents LLC's patented international paging system.
