Pharma Co. Sues K&L Gates Over Bungled Stock Offering

Law360, New York (May 1, 2013, 8:13 PM EDT) -- Pharmaceutical company Emmaus Medical Inc. on Tuesday hit K&L Gates LLP with a malpractice and breach of contract suit in California state court, alleging the firm botched its alternative public offering by playing both sides of the deal and withholding crucial information.
