Law360, New York (January 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Seeking to withdraw as counsel to a husband and wife accused of insider trading, Gibbons PC has told a federal court the couple, who allegedly owe substantial legal fees, had ceased to cooperate with the firm.
