Yamaha Out $3.3M In Ala. Suit Over Rhino Vehicle Injuries

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 6:00 PM EDT) -- A jury in Montgomery, Ala., on Wednesday dinged Yamaha Motor Corp. U.S.A. for $3.3 million in a lawsuit filed by a woman who was severely injured when her Rhino off-road vehicle flipped over while she was driving around her farm.
