Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 8:11 PM EDT) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office's request for comments about creating a special small claims court for low-stakes patent cases has divided attorneys and intellectual property groups, with some saying a new proceeding would make litigation more cost-effective and others calling it unnecessary.
