Exxon's Fight To Curb Citizen Suits Again Rejected In Texas

Law360, New York (May 2, 2013, 5:10 PM EDT) -- A Texas judge on Thursday largely rejected Exxon Mobil Corp.'s attempt to dismiss a suit brought by environmental groups over emissions at its Baytown refinery, once again affirming the groups' right to bring a private action despite prior regulatory enforcement.
