White & Case Attys May Be Witnesses In $800M Scam: DQ Bid

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 4:43 PM EDT) -- Businesses suing Royal Ahold NV and U.S. Foodservice Inc. over an alleged $800 million price-inflation scheme told a Connecticut federal judge Thursday that White & Case LLP attorneys witnessed the companies' actions and should be disqualified from defending them in multidistrict litigation.
