Northrop Targets Fraud Claims In $33M Contract Case

Law360, New York (May 6, 2013, 9:01 PM EDT) -- Northrop Grumman Corp. on Thursday asked a Court of Federal Claims judge to dismiss the U.S. government's fraud counterclaims in a dispute over an improperly billed employee stock incentive, citing a recent case that nixed similar counterclaims because the contractor made no attempt to deceive the government.
