Apple Injunction Would 'Intimidate' Retailers, Samsung Says

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 6:50 PM EDT) -- Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. on Wednesday fought Apple Inc.'s ongoing attempt to obtain an injunction on more than two dozen of its smartphones and tablets, telling the Federal Circuit that a sales ban would “confuse and intimidate” Samsung retailers and carriers.
