Wells Fargo May Face Another FLSA Class Action

Law360, New York (January 11, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A Wells Fargo subsidiary was hit with a purported class action on Wednesday by an employee who said that she and other employees were denied overtime pay, in violation of the U.S. Fair Labor Standards Act.

Judith Sutton, a customer service representative and program manager for Wells Fargo Insurance Services Southeast Inc. in Florida, said that she and other employees with the same or similar positions consistently worked more than 40 hours per week without being paid for overtime, as the FLSA requires.
