Fed. Circ. Revives Ford's Suit Over Car Part Duties

Law360, New York (May 3, 2013, 3:33 PM EDT) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday gave new life to Ford Motor Co.'s long-running suit seeking repayment of import duties on Canadian car parts, ruling U.S. Customs and Border Protection hasn't sufficiently addressed why it didn't accept Ford's late filing of paper certificates of origin.
