Lululemon Must Turn Over Docs On Bonuses, Investor Says

Law360, Chicago (May 3, 2013, 7:09 PM EDT) -- A pension fund shareholder sued Lululemon Athletica Inc. on Friday to force the yoga apparel company to divulge information about a recent executive bonus upgrade, which was approved despite an embarrassing pants recall that could cost the retailer around $60 million.

The Vancouver-based company’s board signed off on an amendment to the bonus plan increasing the total possible payout by one-third on March 13, less than a week before it announced a recall of overly see-through yoga pants, according to a complaint filed in Delaware Chancery...
